" I am willing to do any household chores shopping or accompanying on shopping trips, preparing meals, personal care, females only I unfortunately don't drive but am willing to travel by puplic transport. I am a married woman aged 56 who has cared for both my mother who passed away 7 years ago on a personal level then the last 4 years for my stepdad in all areas except personal care, shopping general housework ironing washing, preparing meals and more importantly companionship. I am also a mother to 3 autistic children who have fortunately at the ages of 19, 20 and 21 become independent. I was a full time carer for all three when they were younger at the time when their problems were more extreme.i have therefore spent the last 18 years in one capacity or other as a carer and although i have no academic qualifications in this area i have plenty of life experience. I would love to be a carer again as my stepdad died in july.
